If you would like to schedule a return, please complete this form WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the Spa Flops have been received and inspected into our facility, we will issue a refund (less shipping charges) in the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange any NEW, UNWORN pair of Spa Flops in their original packaging WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please complete this form WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the Spa Flops have been received and inspected into our facility, we will issue you a refund (less shipping charges) in the original form of payment. You can then place the order for the new size or color. We will provide you with a coupon code for free shipping on the new order.

If for any reason your new, unworn Spa Flops are defective, we please contact us WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE and we will gladly replace your Spa Flops. The product must be NEW, UNWORN and in its original packaging.
